Refund Policy

We stand behind Dexfluence. If you're not satisfied, we offer clear refund paths depending on what you paid for.

1. Free Plan

Our Free Plan is currently active until May 31, 2026. No payment required, so no refund applies. Use the platform as much as you like during this period.

2. Paid Subscription Plans (Starter / Growth / Pro)

14-day money-back guarantee: If you're dissatisfied within the first 14 days of any new paid subscription, email us at shikhapatel1507@gmail.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent future billing — your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

3. Campaign Escrow Refunds

When you (a brand) pay a creator through Dexfluence, funds are held in escrow. The following rules apply:

  1. Email shikhapatel1507@gmail.com with your account email and order ID.
  2. Briefly explain the reason (helps us improve — not a requirement).
  3. We respond within 24 hours, 48 hours max over weekends.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Razorpay for INR payments, Stripe for USD/EUR). It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve the issue faster. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
